This page provides information regarding membership eligibility, enrollment procedures, membership categories, rights, privileges, responsibilities, and other conditions governing membership in the Alumni Association of Govt. Polytechnic College Kaduthuruthy (AAGPCK).
The Alumni Association of Govt. Polytechnic College Kaduthuruthy (AAGPCK) welcomes all eligible alumni to join its community. Membership in the Association is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. By registering as a member, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms, which define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of members and support the orderly administration of the Association.
A one-time membership fee of ₹100 is applicable for Regular Membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Regular Members shall have the right to vote, participate in the affairs of the Association, and hold office in accordance with the Bye-laws. Members may also receive invitations to alumni events, access networking opportunities, and benefit from various programmes and initiatives undertaken by the Association.
Members shall uphold the reputation, objectives, and values of the Association and comply with its Constitution, Bye-laws, rules, regulations, and decisions of the Governing Body and General Body.
Membership may be suspended or terminated if a member is found guilty of misconduct or acts contrary to the interests of the Association. Before such action is taken, the member shall be given an opportunity to explain their position through a show-cause process.
All payments made to the Association shall be acknowledged through proper receipts. The funds of the Association shall be managed transparently and shall be subject to annual audit as prescribed in the Bye-laws.
The Annual General Body Meeting shall ordinarily be convened between April and June every year. Members are encouraged to actively participate in meetings, alumni programmes, and other activities of the Association.
Any dispute arising out of membership or the affairs of the Association shall, as far as possible, be resolved amicably within the framework of the Association. In the event of legal proceedings, the courts having jurisdiction in Kottayam District, Kerala, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
