This page provides information regarding membership eligibility, enrollment procedures, membership categories, rights, privileges, responsibilities, and other conditions governing membership in the Alumni Association of Govt. Polytechnic College Kaduthuruthy (AAGPCK).

How to Become a Regular Member

  1. Obtain the membership invitation link from the Alumni Coordinator of Govt. Polytechnic College Kaduthuruthy.
  2. Complete the online membership registration form and pay the one-time membership fee of ₹100 to the Alumni Association account maintained at Union Bank of India, Thalayolaparambu Branch, using either the QR Code or the Bank Account details displayed on the portal.

    Important: Please verify the account details carefully before making the payment. The Association shall not be responsible for payments made to an incorrect account.
  3. Upload a screenshot of the payment transaction along with the payment reference number.
  4. Wait for payment verification, receipt generation, and approval by the Association.
  5. Log in to www.aagpck.in, read and accept the Membership Terms and Conditions, and electronically sign the membership application using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.
  6. Your application and supporting details will be reviewed and verified by the Association.
  7. Upon successful verification, your membership will be approved and a Membership ID will be issued.

Terms and Conditions

The Alumni Association of Govt. Polytechnic College Kaduthuruthy (AAGPCK) welcomes all eligible alumni to join its community. Membership in the Association is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. By registering as a member, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms, which define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of members and support the orderly administration of the Association.

A one-time membership fee of ₹100 is applicable for Regular Membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Rights and Privileges

Regular Members shall have the right to vote, participate in the affairs of the Association, and hold office in accordance with the Bye-laws. Members may also receive invitations to alumni events, access networking opportunities, and benefit from various programmes and initiatives undertaken by the Association.

4. Responsibilities of Members

Members shall uphold the reputation, objectives, and values of the Association and comply with its Constitution, Bye-laws, rules, regulations, and decisions of the Governing Body and General Body.

5. Cancellation and Termination of Membership

Membership may be suspended or terminated if a member is found guilty of misconduct or acts contrary to the interests of the Association. Before such action is taken, the member shall be given an opportunity to explain their position through a show-cause process.

6. Financial Transactions and Funds Management

All payments made to the Association shall be acknowledged through proper receipts. The funds of the Association shall be managed transparently and shall be subject to annual audit as prescribed in the Bye-laws.

7. Meetings and Participation

The Annual General Body Meeting shall ordinarily be convened between April and June every year. Members are encouraged to actively participate in meetings, alumni programmes, and other activities of the Association.

8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of membership or the affairs of the Association shall, as far as possible, be resolved amicably within the framework of the Association. In the event of legal proceedings, the courts having jurisdiction in Kottayam District, Kerala, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
